AND THE AWARD GOES TO…….
CALGARY, AB. – The Can-Am Prairie Region of the Rolls Royce and Bentley Owners club is the 2018 recipient of the Peter Shavney Award. This prestigious award is given to a RROC region that shows the highest combination of membership growth and membership retention. There are currently 27 RROC regions in North America. The Can-Am Prairie Region is comprised of the provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and the US State of Montana. The award is named after one of the original founders of the RROC who was present at the historic 1951 meeting in Pennsylvania. Although there are roots dating back to 1952, status was officially granted to the Can-Am Prairie Region in late 1976 with the first full year of operation in 1977. The Can-Am Prairie region celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2017.
