Welcome to Summer 2026 and the Road Trips and Events section of the RROC Can-Am Prairie Region. This year marks the 75th anniversary of the Rolls-Royce Owners Club. The Can-Am Prairie Region will be celebrating this milestone with several special events.
CLUB EVENTS
PICNIC AT THE RANCH
near Okotoks, Alberta
Sunday, August 16th
Rolls-Royce and Bentley owners are invited to a special picnic event on Sunday, August 16th at the Rio Frio Ranch just east of Okotoks, Alberta. This has been a RROC Can-Am Prairie Region club favorite event for years which is held at the ranch located right beside the scenic Sheep River. The family ranch is connected to the Big Rock Brewing Company. Bring your own food and beverages and don't forget the lawn chairs and blankets. Event starts just after 11:00am. SYMPHONY IN THE PARK
Devon, Alberta

The Edmonton Symphony Orchestra begins its outdoor concert series in Devon, Alberta on Thursday, August 20th. The RROC Can-Am Prairie Region will have several Rolls-Royce and Bentley on display at Centennial Park. RROC member Jack Ondrack will add to the car display on the grass show field with his Ian Fleming/James Bond car collection 'tribute'. Members of the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra will perform renditions from Hollywood film scores plus recognizable pop and classical music scores. The outdoor concert starts at 7:00pm. Please have your vehicle parked by 6:30pm (no late arrivals). Suggested ticket price is $25.00 and can be paid on-site or you can click HERE(opens in new tab) to purchase/donate. BRITISH CARS & COFFEE

Saturday, September 5th
The final British Cars & Coffee/Tea of summer** takes place Saturday, September 5th. The Fifendekel Cafe', located at 12028 - 149th Street, opens its doors to owners of British vehicles for an automotive social from 9:00am till 11:30am. Breakfast sandwiches, cinnamon buns, pie, coffee and tea are on the menu. It's a perfect Saturday morning out with your spouse or significant other. This event is organized by the RROC Can-Am Prairie Region as an outreach to other British Car clubs in the Edmonton area.
**British Cars & Coffee/Tea will also take place October 3rd and November 7th.
BREAKFAST MEET
Calgary, Alberta
Thursday, September 3rd
Calgary and area Rolls-Royce and Bentley owners gather for breakfast at Phils Restaurant on Thursday, September 3rd. This became our new monthly ‘get-together’ location last year. Phils has been serving up delicious food (including breakfast) since 1956. This is an RROC Can-Am Prairie Region social. Non-members welcome to come out and meet with fellow Rolls-Royce and Bentley owners. Plenty of parking for PMCs at Phils located just east of Crowchild Trail on 16th Avenue NW (Trans Canada Highway).
DRIVE & DINE
near Cochrane, Alberta
Sunday, September 13th
A special Sunday drive and dine event for Rolls-Royce and Bentley owners about an hour northwest of Calgary on Sunday, September 13th. The Crossing at Ghost River, west of Cochrane, is the destination for an wonderful luncheon meal with riverside setting. We have booked reservations for 10-people at 12 Noon. Please RSVP to Alan Dixon if you'd like to attend. The Crossing is located 10km north of Highway 1A (west of Cochrane) on Trunk Road 40. Watch for signs directing you to a 2km access road to the destination.

Events with potential or confirmed participation by Rolls-Royce and Bentley owners will be posted here. Events with a British theme, not held in our region, will also be posted here as a courtesy.
ICE CREAM & CARS
Edmonton, Alberta
Wednesday, August 19th
After last weeks rainout we will try this again!!!! British Car owners are encouraged to gather at the 80 Flavours Ice Cream stand at 11520 Ellerslie Road in South Edmonton on Wednesday, August 19th starting at 6:30pm. Ordering a large cone is encouraged!! After enjoying our treat we'll depart and venture 1-kilometer west along Ellerslie Road to 127th Street and join the Euro Cars and Coffee gathering hosted by the Edmonton chapter of the Ferrari Club. This event runs from 7:00pm - 9:00pm. Bring a friend!!
FLY-IN-BREAKFAST/CAR SHOW
County of Parkland, Alberta
Sunday, September 13th
The Parkland Executive Airport, located west of Edmonton on Highway 627, is hosting its first ever Fly-In-Breakfast and Car show. This airport (CYEP) opened in 2013 shortly after the closure of the Edmonton City Center Airport. This airport is home to many private aircraft owners and business owners that are also pilots. This Fly-In-Breakfast is expected to attract pilots from all over Alberta. Come early for the mini airshow. This is an all-makes/all models car show. Several Rolls-Royce and Bentley will be on display at this inaugural event. The car show runs from 8:00am - 1:00pm. Breakfast will be served from 8:00am - 10:00am. A food truck will be coming out for the lunch hour. The airport is very easy to find. Its on Range Road 270 (Sandhills Road), about 3 kilometers North of Highway 627 (Garden Valley Road).
