Welcome to the Events and Road Trips section of the RROC Can-Am Prairie Region website.  Whether a country-side drive or cruising the open highway, seeing a Rolls-Royce or Bentley is an extremely rare occurrence in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Montana.  Seeing a Rolls-Royce or Bentley standing still is even rarer.  Members of the Can-Am Prairie Region attend dozens of car shows every year.  Listed below are events with guaranteed or potential participation from Rolls-Royce and Bentley owners.

Edmonton, Alberta

Wednesday, July 16th

An enjoyable night for car enthusiasts!!  Rolls-Royce and Bentley owners are welcome to come out and meet fellow PMC owners on Wednesday, July 16th.  Starting at 6:30pm, we will gather at the 80 Flavours Ice Cream stand located right beside the Seventh Day Adventist Church at 11520 Ellerslie Road in South Edmonton.  Ordering a large cone is encouraged!!  After enjoying our treat we'll depart and venture 1-kilometer west along Ellerslie Road to 127th Street and join the Euro Cars and Coffee gathering hosted by the Edmonton chapter of the Ferrari Club.  This event runs from 7:00pm - 9:00pm.  Bring a friend!!

BRIT CARS AND COFFEE/TEA

Saturday, August 2nd

The fourth British Cars & Coffee/Tea event of 2025 will take place on the August long weekend.  On Saturday, August 2nd,  Edmonton's Fifendekel Cafe', located at 12028 - 149th Street, opens its doors to owners of British vehicles from 9:00am - 11:30am.  The third event of the year (July 5th) saw 30 British vehicles on display.  Owners of all British marques are welcome to attend.  Members of several British Car clubs attend this automotive social including the Canadian Prairies Jaguar Club, the Edmonton Mini Club and the Edmonton Classic Sports Car club.

British Cars & Coffee (or Tea) is organized by the RROC Can-Am Prairie Region.

Calgary, Alberta

Thursday, August 7th

Calgary and area Rolls-Royce and Bentley owners gather for breakfast at Phil's Restaurant on Thursday, August 7th.  Phil's has been serving up delicious food (including breakfast) since 1956.  This is an RROC Can-Am Prairie Region automotive social.  Non-members welcome to come out and meet with fellow Rolls-Royce and Bentley owners.  Plenty of parking at this Phil's Restaurant located just east of Crowchild Trail on 16th Avenue NW (Trans Canada Highway).

SYMPHONY & CARS

Devon, Alberta

Thursday, August 14th

Rolls-Royce and Bentley owners are invited to display their cars on the grass at Centennial Park in Devon, Alberta for the opener of the ESO Outdoors concert series.  On Thursday, August 14th, members of the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra will perform renditions from Hollywood film scores plus recognizable pops and classical music.  The Outdoor concert starts at 7:00pm.  Vehicles must be parked by 6:45pm at the latest.  An official RROC club invitation will be sent out two-weeks prior to the event.  Please RSVP to Gord Craig to reserve your parking spot on the grass.  Ticket price is $25.00 and can be paid on-site --OR-- donate on-line and receive limited edition Edmonton Symphony Orchestra keepsakes.

ULTIMATE CAR SHOW

Wetaskiwin, Alberta

Saturday, July 12

Reynolds Alberta Museum hosts the annual Ultimate Car Show the second Saturday in July.  More than 600 vehicles will be on the grass show field in Wetaskiwin, Alberta on Saturday, July 12th.  This is an all makes and models show.  Pre-registration is recommended for the show which runs from 11:00am - 4:00pm.  Organizers recommend participants arrive well before 10:00am as well as no late entries permitted (after 10:00am).  Several British Car clubs will be present including the RROC Can-Am Prairie Region and the Canadian Prairies Jaguar Club.

BRITS ON THE BEACH

Ladysmith, British Columbia

Sunday, July 13

The Old English Car Club hosts the 2025 edition of Brits On The Beach.  Transfer Beach in Ladysmith, British Columbia is home to this All-British show & shine event.  Entries limited to a maximum of 250 vehicles so spots are first come first served.  There are no registration fees for the big show, however a donation to the Ladysmith Food Bank is encouraged.  Show starts at 10:00am.  Food trucks on site plus many swap meet tables.

BRITS BY THE BESS

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Sunday, July 13

Downtown Saskatoon, Saskatchewan once again turns British for a day in 2025.  The 25th annual Brits by the Bess takes place on Sunday, July 13th hosted by the Saskatchewan British Car Club.  Close to 100 British vehicles will be on display along 21st Street right in front of the Bessborough Hotel.   The show runs from 11am - 4pm.

EURO CLASSIC CAR MEET

Calgary, Alberta

Saturday, July 19

The Vintage Sports Car Club of Calgary hosts the 2025 European Classic Car Meet at Stanley Park on Saturday, July 19th. This is Alberta largest gathering of European vehicles featuring British, Italian, German, French and Swedish vehicles. Touring cars, sports cars, motorcycles and hundreds of rare and exotic sports cars will be on display from 10:00am – 4:00pm.  Close to 5,000 attended last years event which saw over 250 vehicles on grass show field.  Gates open at 8:00am for field parking.  All participants in the show must be on the grass by 10:00am. Pre-registration is encouraged ($20).  Spectators are free.

BRITISH CAR DISPLAY

Sherwood Park, Alberta

Sunday, July 20

The 2025 Sherwood Park Highland Gathering takes place Saturday and Sunday, July 19th & 20th on the athletic grounds at Broadmore Lake Park (Salisbury Composite High School).  Saturday features Highland Dancing, Pipes and Drums plus the Heavy events competitions.  Sunday is a more laid back day.  The sound of the pipes will be heard on the grounds along with other live Celtic entertainment.  Try your hand at several of the Heavy events (caber toss, etc.).  Sunday is also dog enthusiast day featuring Highland and Cairn Terriers, Welsh Corgies, Dandi Dinmonts and many other breeds showing off their skills in sheep and duck herding.  There will also be more than 90 vendors on-site in the Celtic marketplace featuring all things Scottish, Welsh, English and Irish.  For the very first-time, organizers have added a British Car display featuring Rolls-Royce & Bentley, Jaguar, MG, Mini and other British marques.

BRITISH SHOW AT THE FORKS

Winnipeg, Manitoba

Sunday, July 20

The mid-Canada Mini Group of Manitoba hosts their annual British Car Show at the Forks National Historic Site on Sunday, July 20th.  The show runs from 11:00am – 4:00pm near the shoreline of the Red River near downtown Winnipeg.  All British marques are welcome to this show which is held on the grass.  The show and shine entrance is right beside the Children’s Museum just off of the Forks Market Road roundabout.  Because walking paths are used to access the show grounds, please be parked for the event before 11:00am.

ROLLIN IN THE ROCKIES

Canmore, Alberta

Saturday, July 26

With the beautiful Canadian Rockies as a backdrop, the Rolling in the Rockies car and motorcycle show takes place Saturday, July 26th in Canmore, Alberta.  The Rolling Sculpture Car Club is hosting this incredible event on the grass at Centennial Park.  The "all makes" show runs from 10AM – 3PM.  Car registration is $20.  Monies raised goes to the Canmore Hospital Ladies Auxiliary.  Several members of the RROC Can-Am Prairie Region have confirmed participation in this event.

HERITAGE CLASSIC CAR SHOW

Steinbach, Manitoba

Saturday, July 26

The Mennonite Heritage Village in Steinbach, Manitoba hosts the annual Heritage Classic Car show on Saturday, July 19th.  This is a fun event for the entire family.  Heritage buildings provide an incredible backdrop for this unique car show.  Step back in time and see history from the late 1800’s to the early 1900’s.  Various classes of awards for car show entrants.  Pre-registration is encouraged.  On-site registration starts at 8AM.  Show runs from 11AM – 4PM.

SOUTH COMMON CARS & COFFEE

Edmonton, Alberta

Sunday, July 27th

The fourth South Edmonton Common Cars N’ Coffee event of 2025 takes place Sunday, July 27th from 9:00am to 11:30am.  The Haweli Indian Kitchen (2104 – 99th Street) parking lot, just south of Part Source, is where you’ll be able to experience the best of automotive culture.  This is an all makes show featuring high-end exotic cars like Lamborghini, Ferrari and Porsche plus luxury and tuner cars on display.  Early birds enjoy hot coffee and tasty donuts.  Members of the RROC Can-Am Prairie Region will be in attendance.

ROCK'N AUGUST

St. Albert, Alberta

Tuesday, August 5th to Saturday, August 9th

Rock'n August is one of the biggest multi-day car shows in Western Canada.  This five-day extravaganza in St. Albert is a huge fundraiser for the Alberta Diabetes Foundation.  Several 'mini' breakfast/lunch/supper shows will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (August 5-8) at various locations in St. Albert.  These mini shows lead-up to the big show (1000+ vehicles) on Saturday, August 9th at the Lions Park.  Registration for the big show is a minimum $25.00 donation.
