“FAIL TO PROCEED” FOR CAN-AM PRAIRIE REGION WEBSITE

EDMONTON, AB – The official web site of the RROC Can-Am Prairie Region had a major “fail to proceed” moment the middle of June.   Less than a year after re-launch, the website came under a vicious cyber attack.  The attack started in the Contact/Links section of the website and then spread to the entire website.  Over the course of 72 hours, all content on the Can-Am Prairie Region website was lost.  Despite this setback, rebuilding of the website began almost immediately.  The Can-Am Prairie Region website was officially re-launched on December 10, 2016 after sitting dormant for a number of years.  Total visits to the website was just shy of 3,100 and growing.
